Hello all, love the forum!
Does anyone know why you can/can't or should/shouldn't use a QD mount on both an AR platform and a bolt action rifle? I have a SS 10x42 on my Rem 700 and would like to try it on my AR instead of the prism scope I'm using now. I thought about getting a good QD mount to move the SS around but haven't found much info on this. Any help would be appreciated.
justwrght,
Check out this video! As you probably already know, you are likele to have different zeros for each rifle, but that's what Sharpies are for! ;-)
Thanks, Geoff. Aside from the PIO shift, I'm wondering if the height of the scope or function of either weapon would be impeded. I've seen the guys on a Magpul long range video swap scopes down the line to show how easy it is to field zero. Just thinking out loud.
John has a several videos that might help even more. Search his YouTube channel for "scope height" and perhaps you'll find your answers. I suspect that as long as you can get the proper cheek weld, eye relief and your dope is good, it shouldn't cause too much of a problem.
American Defense or wait for the IOR Ninja mount.
Its speed can be influenced by the waste-gate valve, which is controlled by the pressure-driven Scientific E Notation Converter. The changeover board yesterday said they did not know why some households had not received a converter.
I still find the sound quality of compressed formats like Mp3 Rocket Downloader 6.3.6 Free Download to be substandard, so I use my own recorded media only
