This scope seems to have it all, in a package for $1600. Seems a little to good to be true. Anyone have experience with this newly released scope? Its features are as follows:
3.5-21 X 50mm
34mm main tube
Throw hammer lever for fast focus
Zero Stop
.1 mil click value / G3 mil dot reticle
30 mils of elevation travel
20 mils of windage
First Focal Plane
Illuminated Reticle
Side parallax adjustment
High Density Lenses
Made in Japan
3.75" of eye relief
Looks like a great setup inside of 1200 meters, or maybe beyond? I appreciate any feedback! This scope has all of the features, and then some, of a Vortex Razor HD 2 for considerably less money, but will it track reliably?
Thanks!
I'm personally hesitant to be too enthusiastic based on some prior experiences with tracking precision/reliability issues in similar Bushnell "Tactical" lines I've seen.... that being said, lots of them are working great according to guys I know. For that coin, you could almost get into a serious upper tier 2 optic like US Optics, IOR Valdada 35mm series, or even a Primary Arms Platinum 6-30 DEKA.
I purchased my DMR II for $920 when Bushnell had their 25% rebate. Great scope for the money. Much better than the DMR I. At 1600, it's over priced and you can get a Cronus BTR.
