When adjusting the turrets on a scope, how far does the reticle actually move per click (1/4 MOA)? Is it on the order of 0.00006"?

It all depends on the scope you have. My red dot moves 1 moa per click. For long range 1/4 moa or 1/10 mil are the most common.
When looking at a specific scope description, it should tell you the value per click snd tge value per revolution.
For example the scope I an looking at right now, the SWFA 50SS HD 5-20×50 has 1/10 mil per click.
You should look for a scope that has matching turrets and reticle: both of them milrad or both of them moa.
Keep in mind, this is all books marts for me. If I'm wrong, hopefully someone will correct me.

1/4 moa is roughly 1/4 inch at 100 yards. so 4 clicks is 1 inch (roughly, i think 1 moa is about 1.04 or 1.05 inches). but for simplicity i just stick to 1 moa is 1 inch. so for a scope with 1/4 moa adjsutment at 25 yards 4 clicks (so 1 moa) would move it .25 inches. at 400 yards 1 click (1/4 moa) would move it 1 inch. 4 clicks or 1 moa would move it 4 inches at 400 yards.
In I believe he was asking how much the erector assembly moves inside of the scope. Not how much the bullets impact moves. In answer to that you would have to disassemble the optic, measure how many threads per inch there are and how many clicks per full revolution there are and divide it out.
