The first thing you may notice is a totally different scope on the rifle. Thats because I broke the elevation turret on the ERS yesterday and this is my backup scope for just such occasions Anywho, thats a 5 shot group right there and I think we have a winner. I did my velocity checking after the barrel was alrwady warm, but average velocity was 2567 and the average spread which is hinestly high for my liking. Im going to be monotoring my velocity closely as I think ammo temp may have had a part in this, but time will tell.

Nice! Some questions. What brass and primer are you using? What were the atmospherics? Did you happen to check the ammo temp?
I also have a Bergara (LRP Elite) in 6.5 CR that shoots the Hornady 140 ELDs well, but can't test the 147s until next week after the deer gun season is over.
I'l start my load developeent soon.
Not sure on atmospherics but ambient temp was 34F. And the ammo had been outside for about 20 minutes or so at this point of shooting the group.
CCI Br2 primer and prime (Norma) brass.
Thanks!
